By creating an account, purchasing a product or using a VisTap service, you agree to these Terms.
1. VisTap Services
VisTap provides digital business cards, digital profiles, digital business stores, product catalogues, NFC-enabled business cards and related digital business tools.
Features may vary depending on the selected plan or product.
2. Account
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
3. User Content
You may upload information, images, logos, product descriptions and other content to your VisTap account.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use and publish such content.
You must not upload or publish content that:
• Violates applicable law
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains fraudulent or misleading information
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains malicious software
• Violates the rights or privacy of another person
4. Digital Business Cards and Stores
Information displayed through a public VisTap profile or store may be accessible to anyone who receives or discovers the relevant link.
VisTap is not responsible for inaccurate information published by users.
5. NFC Cards
NFC cards are physical products that may connect to a user's VisTap digital profile or other configured destination.
The functionality of an NFC card depends on the configuration of the associated digital profile and compatible devices.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Prices, plans and payment terms displayed on VisTap may change from time to time.
Subscription services may continue according to the billing period selected by the customer unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
7. Suspension or Termination
VisTap may suspend or terminate an account or service where there is a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unlawful use, abuse of the service or a security risk.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

The VisTap platform, software, branding, design, logos and original materials provided by VisTap remain the property of VisTap or the respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
